The workarounds
are wearing thin.

A little Swan Logic

Don’t automate
a bad process.

Build around the business,
not the software.

If the simple solution
works, use it.

The person you talk to is the person who builds it.

I’m Zac. I run Swan Logic from Waimate, working with businesses across South Canterbury.

I like getting to the bottom of how a business works: how a quote becomes a job, where the same details get typed twice, and what keeps landing back on the owner’s desk. Then I work out what to change. Sometimes that’s a better website. Sometimes it’s connecting two systems. Sometimes the answer is to simplify the process first.

Before this, I spent ten years in sales and insurance broking, where the job was understanding how businesses actually run.
